Wet-forming board manufacturing — from slurry preparation to finished rigid insulation panels
Our ceramic fiber board production line uses wet-forming technology to produce rigid, high-strength insulation boards. The process involves slurry preparation, vacuum forming, pressing, drying, surface polishing, precision cutting, and automatic packaging. The finished boards offer excellent thermal stability, low heat storage, and precise dimensional accuracy.
Boards produced on this line are widely used in furnace hot-face linings, backup insulation, kiln car tops, and high-temperature gasketing. We customize the line configuration based on your target board dimensions, density range, and annual output.
