About Jinyuan Machinery

15+ years of engineering ceramic fiber production lines for the global market

Jinyuan Machinery factory

Who We Are

Shandong Jinyuan Machinery Mfg. Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of ceramic fiber (aluminum silicate) production line equipment, headquartered in Shandong Province, China. Since 2008, we have designed, manufactured, and commissioned over 100 complete production lines across 30+ countries.

Our product range covers eight major equipment categories: ceramic fiber blanket lines, board lines, cotton/fiber lines, felt lines, module equipment, foil-faced blanket lines, shaped parts equipment, and fiber paper lines. We serve the full spectrum of ceramic fiber insulation manufacturing.

Unlike general machinery suppliers, we focus exclusively on ceramic fiber equipment. This specialization means deeper process knowledge, more refined engineering, and better after-sales support for our customers.

Our Commitment

What drives every project we deliver

Quality First

Every component is manufactured to strict tolerances. We use premium steel, proven electrical brands (Siemens, Schneider, ABB), and rigorous QC at every assembly stage.

Global Delivery

We handle export packaging, shipping logistics, customs documentation, and on-site installation. Our engineers have worked in Asia, Africa, Middle East, and South America.

Long-Term Partnership

We don't disappear after delivery. Spare parts, technical upgrades, production optimization, and operator re-training are available throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Global shipping - Jinyuan exports worldwide

Serving the World

Our equipment runs in over 30 countries. From India's growing steel sector to Southeast Asia's expanding manufacturing base, from Middle Eastern petrochemical plants to African industrial development — Jinyuan lines are producing ceramic fiber insulation around the clock.

We understand that buying a production line from China involves trust. That's why we offer factory visits, video inspections during manufacturing, reference customer contacts, and transparent project management with weekly progress reports.

Every export project includes complete English documentation: operation manuals, electrical schematics, spare parts catalogs, and maintenance schedules. Our after-sales team responds within 24 hours, and remote diagnostics can resolve most issues without a site visit.

What We Engineer In-House

The components that decide your fiber quality, needling consistency and uptime

Melting Furnaces

Electric arc and resistance furnaces with water-cooled shell panels, sized to your melt rate and grade. Refractory selection and transformer capacity are matched to the alumina content you plan to run, not to a nominal figure.

Fiberising Assemblies

Spinning machines and blowing assemblies, including the wheel geometry, bearing arrangements and melt-stream delivery that together determine fiber diameter distribution and shot content.

Needle Looms

Double-board multi-station needle looms for blanket and felt. Frame rigidity, guide plate hardness and drive balance are specified for continuous production duty rather than demonstration runs.

Wet-Forming Sections

Vacuum forming, pressing, slurry preparation and water recovery for board, shaped parts and paper lines.

Thermal Processing

Multi-zone curing ovens and tunnel dryers with independently controlled temperature profiles and heat recovery on the exhaust. Drying curves are tuned during commissioning to your actual product thickness.

Control & Automation

PLC, HMI and SCADA integration with remote access. Production data, energy consumption per ton and equipment health are logged, so process optimisation is based on your own operating history rather than guesswork.

Company Milestones

Two decades of focused investment in ceramic fiber equipment

2008

Founded in Shandong Province

Established as a dedicated manufacturer of ceramic fiber (aluminum silicate) production equipment, building the in-house engineering team that still leads every project today.

2013

First Turn-Key Export

Delivered the first complete production line beyond China, establishing the turn-key project model — process design, machinery, installation and commissioning under one contract.

2017

50th Production Line

Crossed 50 delivered lines, expanding into blanket, board, module and shaped parts equipment and standardising export documentation across every market.

2021

Automation & Remote Support

Introduced PLC/SCADA automation with remote diagnostics as standard on new lines, so commissioning and after-sales support can be delivered faster across time zones.

2026

100+ Lines in 30+ Countries

Passed 100 delivered lines across more than 30 countries, with the engineering team now 50+ strong and a parts catalogue covering the full equipment lifecycle.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

Standards we work to on every export project

ISO 9001

Quality Management System

Manufacturing, assembly and inspection follow ISO 9001 quality management principles, with incoming material checks, in-process inspection and factory acceptance testing before every dispatch.

CE

Equipment Safety Compliance

Electrical and safety documentation is prepared to support CE marking for EU-bound shipments and equivalent local compliance for other export markets.

EXPORT

Export Documentation

Every shipment includes complete English operation manuals, electrical schematics, spare parts catalogues and maintenance schedules, plus export-grade packing and customs documentation.

The Team Behind Every Line

Engineers and technicians who stay with your project from design to handover

Project Engineers
Process and mechanical engineers who size the line to your capacity and grade mix, and own the design through to rated-capacity acceptance.
Electrical & Automation
PLC, HMI and SCADA specialists who wire, programme and remotely support the control system on every line we ship.
Commissioning Engineers
Field engineers who supervise installation, tune the line to specification and train your operators and maintenance staff on site.
After-Sales Support
A dedicated support desk for spare parts, remote diagnostics and upgrades, responding within 24 hours throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Working With Us

Practical questions about ordering, delivery and support

Can we visit your factory before ordering?
Yes, and we encourage it. A factory visit lets you inspect machining and assembly quality first-hand and meet the engineers who will design your line. We coordinate visits in Shandong Province and can arrange video inspection during manufacturing if travel is not practical.
Can you provide reference customers?
Yes. We can put you in contact with existing customers operating comparable lines, subject to their consent. Speaking directly with someone who has been through commissioning is the fastest way to judge whether a supplier delivers what they promise.
What happens during commissioning?
Our engineers supervise mechanical installation and electrical hook-up, then run the line through start-up, tuning melt temperature, fiberising parameters, forming weight, needling density and drying profiles until output meets specification. Operator and maintenance training runs alongside, so your team is independent by handover.
What warranty and spare parts support do you provide?
Warranty terms are specified in the contract and cover manufacturing defects on supplied equipment, with wear items excluded. We hold critical spare parts for dispatch and provide a recommended spares list with the quotation so you can stock what actually fails rather than what is easy to sell.
Do you upgrade or rebuild existing lines?
Yes. A significant share of our work is upgrading lines built by other suppliers — replacing fiberising assemblies, extending needle looms, adding automation or increasing melting capacity. We will tell you honestly when a rebuild makes more sense than new equipment.
What do you need from us to prepare a quotation?
Target product and grade, annual capacity, finished dimensions and density range, available floor area, local power supply, and — if you have it — an analysis of your intended raw materials. See our buyer guide for the full list of questions worth answering before you approach any supplier.
